Through a unique blend of Psychotherapy, IntegrativeHypnotherapy, Bazi Analysis, Qi Gong, Mindfulness, I help move my clients to a better understanding of themselves, their relationships and the world in which they live, love and play.I teach active coping skills to help reduce emotional reactivity. These tools can be taken wherever you go. My use of IntegrativeHypnotherapyis an excellent way to rewire neural pathways to a better mindset. I am a committed practitioner of the Internal Arts of Qi Gong & Meditation & offer training to those interested.
