About Marisa

For over a decade I’ve been dedicated to supporting highly sensitive people to reconnect to their intuition, heal their root traumas, and embody their wisdom. I received my hypnotherapist certification in 2015 through the NGH. My multi dimensional approach to healing and growth is informed by personal experience overcoming Bulimia after 16 years. I’ve also transformed chronic anxiety and depression stemming from complex childhood PTSD, chronic illness, intergenerational trauma, and the unique challenges that emerge from being an empathic person. I work from an integrated mind, body and spirit approach, drawing from bottom up experiential therapies like dance, psychodrama, and sacred plant medicine work. My practice is truly unique because I tailor my approach to individual clients from a wide array of experience and training in reiki, hypnotherapy, expressive arts, music and sound, somatics, parts integration work (IFS), and psychedelic integration coaching. My work includes private, tailored client immersions with individuals and couples, as well as group retreats to help people achieve transformation on specific issues such as eating disorders, somatic trauma resolution, and self-empowerment. I also facilitate ecstatic and expressive dance classes, music jams, women’s circles and a conscious book club. I love to see you in your authentic self-expression and creative power.
