There are times when we desire a change or transformation in our lives. Our work together is heart centered and focused on getting you moving forward. I use different modalities according to your needs and acceptance levels for going to a deeper level of consciousness and feeling. We will creatively explore your life issues with a goal of empowerment and self-efficacy. Together, we will address any fears that are keeping you from moving forward, determine your resources and support, and make a plan to help you move in the direction you desire. If you don't know the direction yet, we will begin the work with self-exploration.
