I work with individuals and families (Ages 6–65+), supporting with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, self-esteem struggles, anger, and interpersonal difficulties. I also help children impacted by high-conflict family situations process and regulate complex emotions while rebuilding a sense of safety.
