I provide trauma-informed, neuroscience-based therapy that integrates EMDR, parts-oriented work, mindfulness, somatic practices, and clinicalhypnotherapywhen appropriate.Many people reach a point where insight and coping skills are no longer enough. They may be thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, emotional reactivity, shutdown, or unresolved trauma. Some carry the effects of early life experiences, relationships, medical events, workplace stress, or military service. Often, they understand why they feel the way they do, but want their nervous system to genuinely settle so change can be experienced, not just understood.
