Our work together may include talk, expressive arts, mindfulness, EMDR,hypnotherapy, grief work and somatic work.I enjoy and welcome clients who are ready to remember the joy of their lives. Perhaps you want to heal a relationship, or let go of some difficult past event or unuseful behavior. Perhaps you have recently been diagnosed with cancer or medical concern, and working through the uncertainty of treatment, recovery, or remission. Together, we nurture healing at many levels: the conscious & subconscious, brain & mind, thoughts & emotions, body & spirit, self & relationship. I am also a Clinical Supervisor for those seeking LCSW or LPC - accepting new individual and group supervisees.
