About Lorena

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from repeating the same relationship patterns, struggling to feel seen, supported, or emotionally safe. Some are navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, or the lingering effects of generational patterns that show up in their partnerships, parenting, or self-worth. Others are simply overwhelmed — trying to hold everything together while silently carrying anxiety, grief, or emotional burnout. They want clarity, stability, and deeper connection — not just coping tools, but real, lasting change.
