About Livia

I believe every person is unique, and therapy should honor that individuality. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing how life experiences are held not only in the mind, but also in the body and nervous system. I thoughtfully tailor each treatment to support safety, regulation, and meaningful integration. Drawing from EMDR and other integrative approaches, I help patients process experiences at their own pace, allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels contained and empowering. To me, psychotherapy is not only a space for insight, but also for restoring connection between the mind, body, and heart.
