If you have endured loss, abuse, neglect, sexual assault, betrayal, natural disaster, war, or another harmful experience that feels too much to bear, there are tools that can help you heal. Trauma can impact your thoughts, mood, attention & relationships. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and work in a way that is informed by the biology of our trauma responses. While we focus on deep healing in your nervous system, I celebrate that you are much more than a brain and bundle of nerves!
