About Lisa

My professional experience blends traditional healthcare with holistic wellness. I have practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 35 years and as a Licensed Nursing Assistant for more than a decade, giving me a strong foundation in both body and behavioral care. Over time, my focus shifted to the mind—how stress, thought patterns, and habits shape daily life. I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology and am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist and Life Coach, specializing in non-therapeutic, goal-oriented support. Additional certifications—including Compassionate Touch Practitioner and Reiki Master—enhance my holistic perspective, allowing me to integrate mind-body awareness with practical strategies for everyday life. This combination enables me to guide clients in understanding how their thoughts and nervous system responses influence behavior and how they can shift patterns to create positive change.
