About Lindy

Lindy spent the last ten years overcoming her own health challenges and has first hand experience with hypnosis, NLP, reiki energy healing, astrology, somatic experiencing, neurofeedback, Trainspotting, EMDR, EFT, and physical healing modalities such as Gerson Therapy, Dr. Robert Morse protocol, and Institute of Functional Medicine. There were some commonalities between these modalities and she found the most effective components to weave together to get the most out of each session. During her sessions, Lindy guides clients to core issues so that they can be released and transformed. Having personally experienced significant transformation it enables her to connect compassionately on a level that few practitioners are able to attain. Clients can expect understanding, sincerity, and to discover new pathways they may have never imagined possible.
