Lindsay loves to empower people's differences, from Neurodiversity (adult+child ADHD, ADD, Autism Spectrum) to various sensitivities of the nervous system (HSPs, sensory sensitives, trauma/PTSD and related disorders, grief) through the EMDR technique, talk and hypnosis. The most key elements of Lindsays unique approach are: finding and practicing balance in your life (yin and yang), self compassion, compassion for human nature to understand those near us, the gray areas of our lives as humans in the world (versus "Good and evil"), forgiveness and boundaries.
