About Linda

Individuals who come to therapy demonstrate courage as they seek positive change in their lives. In an effort to honor the courage it takes to heal and move through any obstacle, I believe it is essential to create a therapeutic environment that is collaborative and accepting. My clients tell me that as a result, they feel safe, supported and understood. For those who struggle with relationships, intimacy, trust, confidence issues, depression or anxiety-- this welcoming environment enhances therapy because individuals know that they are not alone.
