since 1981, using a variety of techniques to achieve mental and emotional health. In addition to being in private practice, I have also worked in psychiatric and medical settings. One of my goals as your therapist will be to quickly identify the issues and the repetitive patterns that exist for you. After initial assessment, I will teach you how to manage your thoughts, feelings and reactions.
