About Leti

The inspiration for launching Gulf Shore Hypnosis came after the owner accomplished life-changing results with her own struggles of postpartum depression, work-related stress, and weight management. She knew too many other people who struggled with making their lives better or healthier, and knew there was a better way. This calling to become a hypnotist and share the wonderful "secret" of controlling your mindset, thoughts, and actions gives her the opportunity to share the love and happiness of watching clients take control and eliminate unwanted habits forever.
