About Lauren

Making this call, or looking for a therapist in general can be a scary thing. Some people have never been to counseling and don't know what to expect. Others have had negative experiences with people they've confided in the past that make them hesitant to put themselves out there again. I am here to make it as easy for you as possible. I will walk you through the process, and answer any questions along the way. I know that trust is earned, and our relationship should be one of high trust, and I'm ready to earn yours.
