About Laura

As a Psychotherapist or Life Coach, our collaboration is rigorous, productive and fun. Often I ask questions, implement exercises or give homework with some outcomes in mind. Other times I am just excited to discover what else we learn. Then together we can develop action steps based on the best information. I enjoy saying that my specialty is working with anyone who chooses to walk in my door! I am always impressed with my clients' willingness to trust, and engage, in our work together to achieve their goals, make important changes, decrease pain, and expand understanding, happiness and passion.
