About Larry

I am a practical consultant for getting movement towards the life you want. I have enjoyed being a practicing psychotherapist for over 25 years having worked with thousands of clients. This experience enables me to quickly clarify issues and help you develop a plan to have the life you want. Being gentle and simultaneously direct is my forte so I will use your time effectively. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as a primary intervention with other approaches woven in as needed. I do not take myself too seriously and laughter is an essential therapeutic ingredient.
