We offer a variety of alternative methods, includinghypnotherapy, wellness coaching, and the inclusion of expressive arts, all of which can be used as stand alone treatments or in combination with traditional counseling.The decision to begin counseling can be intimidating, exhilarating; and, ultimately, a life changer. Counseling at Sunstone Health & Wellness is done in a very relaxed, conversational way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Most of the time, we know the solutions to our own problems. But there are those rare occasions when we all need a little extra support, education, and resources to help us continue on the path to living the best life possible.
