I believe that the ultimate goal of therapy is change. My goal is to assist clients in identifying and exploring the options available, but the ultimate responsibility for change rests with the clients. With the differences in needs/concerns of each client, I follow an eclectic theory, but lean more toward cognitive-behavioral therapy and reality therapy. Every client during therapy deserves the utmost amount of respect, trust and safety. I have a significant amount of time working with incarcerated individuals, as well as adolescents. I have also worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community to ensure everyone receives adequate care.
