I enjoy helping teens, adults and families navigate life's stressors. A positive environment that promotes insight and empowerment is the foundation of my practice. The nature of therapy requires a strong alliance which I strive to create with my clients. I also offer Domestic Violence group counseling and Alcohol and Drug evaluations and referrals for recovery sites.
