About Kevin

Kevin is an Army veteran who after successfully overcoming his own struggles with weight, health, tobacco, and limiting self-beliefs, wanted to help others succeed with their struggles. In 2010 Kevin formalized his health and nutrition studies by attending and becoming certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Kevin realized that when it comes to true lasting change, the old model of motivation, education, and willpower was just not enough. Those techniques never reached the core of the obstacle which lies in the subconscious. Kevin knew what he needed to do and that was to become an expert at the art of Hypnosis. The seed was planted and before long it grew into something beautiful as Kevin became a Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. Kevin now uses parts of his holistic training with hypnosis and other change techniques to help facilitate rapid change within individuals. Kevin helps individuals with losing weight with the Virtual Gastric Band technique to quitting smoking to the release of habits and anxious feelings to gaining confidence and more in minimal time.
