About Kelsey

I have a wide range of experience with varying ages that include depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, self-worth/esteem/love, negative habits, positive self image, relationship/family issues, ADHD, Autism, grief, family conflict, sexuality, and processing existentialism. I provide a welcoming space for processing what arises in therapy, manage and regulate challenging feelings in a healthily, develop effective coping skills, re program thought/behavior patterns, heal unresolved emotions, and create a plan for life improvement. Unconditional positive regard, warmth, and acceptance are key elements to our therapeutic work.
