My therapy style is open, compassionate, humorous when appropriate and educational while offering unbiased support. It is often times hard to find a therapist that you can connect with and feel that you can trust. I understand how difficult it can be sometimes to go to a stranger for help for things you may have never told anyone. My goal is to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible from day one with the therapeutic process in a professional environment.
