About Kay

YOU are the most important person in your life and you have everything within you to change and live your best life. My education is in Marriage and Family Therapy and I have been licensed since 2003. I have worked with a variety of clients over the years and enjoy this work so very much. My approach is an in-depth, whole person connection. We are complex beings and also have the ability to heal ourselves within a safe environment. It’s important to identify the root cause of our behaviors in order to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. These are often a result of trauma or a significantly difficult experience.
