About Kathleen

Hello, am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist with NGH and a Certified Hypnotist with the International Board of Coaches and Hypnotists and the owner of Happiness Aligned Hypnosis, LLC. I also have a background of 16 plus years practicing as a therapist in the DC area. In 2015, I opened a private Virginia based practice where I continue to serve Veterans utilizing Hypnosis and related modalities. I have found such great results with using Hypnosis that in 2022, I started Happiness Aligned Hypnosis, LLC., A practice dedicated to the use of Hypnosis for my clients goal attainment in areas of self care, self confidence, overcoming fears and overcoming previous blocks to success. I support my clients to make the changes they want to live life with more joy, balance and personal confidence. With Happiness Aligned Hypnosis, I enjoy supporting people to tap into their own vast inner power to create positive change, overcome unhelpful worry, attain their goals and build on their strengths.
