I provide Psychotherapy for depression, anxiety and adjustment disorders for marital conflict/couples, individual's, adolescents, and families. For those interested, we can incorporate a holistic approach with meditation and breathing techniques into our psychotherapy sessions, which have been shown to be effective in treating anxiety and depressive symptoms.
