In my Denver-based practice, I provide a safe, judgment-free space where diversity is celebrated and healing is possible. I specialize in individual therapy, couples counseling, and sex therapy, helping clients strengthen relationships, deepen intimacy, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
One of my passions is supporting individuals and couples on the journey to parenthood. From preconception and pregnancy through postpartum transitions, I help partners maintain intimacy, nurture attachment, and keep their connection strong.
