I am trained and skilled in multiple evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Client Centered Therapy,Hypnotherapy/guided imagery, Bibliotherapy, and more.If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, hurtful memories, personal issues or relationship issues, I would like to work with you! Together we can utilize theraputic methods to decrease symptoms that are making your life over bearing. Over the past 30 years I have seen clients decrease their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Many of my clients have really come to like tele-med sessions, as they are conventient and its as if we are in the same room.
