I specialize in integrative therapy, my approach is to address the individual holistically through traditional talk therapy combined with art therapy,hypnotherapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and nutrition.My intention is to create a warm, safe, and welcoming space, that will allow each individual to take the courageous step to enter therapy. It is a collaborative process of working together through the holistic lens of healing the self, as all aspects are intertwined. And embrace the process discovery and healing, one step and one day at a time.
