I have worked for several years with a wide variety of age groups, cultures, and mental health challenges. I enjoy working with both men and women over the age of 12. Much of my time has been spent working with adolescent boys and middle-aged men who are going through difficult transitions. Whether you are challenged by significant depression, anxiety, anger issues, or any other mental health challenge, I use a non-judgmental, genuine approach to help you find the motivation and self- determination to get you past your struggles toward living the life you want to live.
