I'm also trained inhypnotherapy.My ideal client is a person who wants to get to know themselves. The ability of therapy to provide a person with self knowledge is undervalued. Somewhere along the path of obsession with diagnosis the part of therapy that helped people discover not only their symptoms but also the under-served and under-expressed aspects of their personality was left behind.
