My approach to counseling operates from a strength base approach to help you identify your strengths within yourself and develop self-awareness that will aid you to meet your goals through your active involvement as well as efforts to change your thoughts, feelings and behavior. Sometimes change will be easy and swift, but often it will be slow and deliberate.
