I also have a specialty inhypnotherapy, which is useful in achieving a heightened state of awareness.As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I work from a holistic perspective, which values all aspects of the self: psychological, biological, social and spiritual.

I draw from several modalities to best meet the needs of clients, with an underlying philosophy which emphasizes that each individual has intrinsic worth. I believe in the power of one's ability to move with pain and suffering and to become in balance with the essence of self, truth, and peace that exist within.

It's my belief that emotions are messengers for us to learn and grow from, and that joy and pain, grief and love can live peacefully together.
