I am a Board Certified Hypnotist and Coach with years of experience. I believe in a holistic approach,meaning that mind, body, and spirit all play into our well-being. Seeking help can feel uncomfortable not only to those who have never sought it before, but also to those who have had negative experiences. I adapt my approach to each individual’s unique situation. I strive to provide a comfortable, confidential, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space; where you will not simply "learn coping skills", but will learn how to work through stresses and problems to facilitate long-lasting change. My goal is to help you help yourself!
