Reaching out for marriage, child, or family therapy is not easy, however, there is good news. Progress can be made, relationships can heal, and families can function well again. I am skilled at helping clients develop strategies to heal hurts, process conflict, set boundaries, and build closeness. I have extensive training in a variety of therapies including Gottman Method Couple Therapy (GMCT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other research-based tools. I focus on client needs and work to find solutions for their concerns.
