As a Deep Brain Reorienting therapist and an EMDR certified therapist, I embody this to treat PTSD, CPTSD and am privileged to walk alongside others on their healing journies. I am an LCMHC in North Carolina, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Arizona. I am also a Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist. I have passion and commitment to supporting people in building capacity for resilience and growth. I have trained extensively in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR (certified from EMDRIA), DBR, and in Ericksonian Hypnosis.
