About Jenn

I am a therapist, trainer and consultant specializing in complex trauma. My goal is to teach how to identify, honor, heal and resource all of your parts that have been developed so that they can operate from their highest and best intentions. Helping a part transition from a goal of survival to a more functional response is key. Trauma Life Consulting is a mental health collective and we have a group of providers who are able to take several insurances to best support whatever needs you may have!
