I offer multiple approaches to help clients heal psychological wounds,and I offer them with kindness, authenticity,and a sense of humor.I find it fulfilling to work with people around trauma,dysfunctional family systems and addictions, and those who want to recover a sense of creativity and spontaneity.Poetry, songwriting, music, and theatre improv are personal passions of mine, and I love helping others connect with “The Muse,” whether they identify as “artists” or just long to connect with that part of themselves.
