I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting andHypnotherapy.Individuals looking for counseling are often struggling with issues that have developed over time. Often, these issues can be caused by painful relationships, work environments, family problems, traumatic events, health issues, alcohol or drug addiction as well as being an affected family member or friend, loss of loved ones or simply feeling stuck in an unsatisfactory place in life. My focus is to carefully listen and understand the issues that you want to address and then focus on helping you to utilize your strengths, abilities, and skills to find a sense of empowerment in your life.
