About Jazmine

My passion is working with adolescents and young adults; what some would call Generation Z and the Millennials. I work to assist with creating stability within themselves to then work towards creating stability outside of themselves. I strive to provide a nurturing and safe atmosphere to develop rapport and develop goals to assist in becoming the best person they can be. I aim to explore their emotions, learn effective coping strategies, and make changes that push them toward healing and full wellness. I aim to meet my clients where they are, increase awareness of their emotional and cognitive experiences/behaviors and reach goals.
