My clients sometimes don't know what else to do. They may have tried traditional interventions. They have anxiety, grief, pain, phobias, addictions, eating disorders. They may have heard about hypnosis but aren't sure what it is. They may be LGBTQ & find a society that won't embrace who they are. Most often, my clients feels lost, out of sync and want to feel better, think better and live better. They want to know how to take this tool of Hypnosis out of their "toolbox" & use it for life.
