I use various modalities to help you find yourself: Psychodynamic/Self Psychology, CBT, EMDR,Hypnotherapy, EFT, Active Listening in Communication Skills Building, Family Systems, & Relaxation Skills.I was licensed in November 1997 & have experience working with clients, who struggle with codependency, chemical dependency, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, dysfunctional relationships, family of origin issues, pervasive negative patterns & phase of life problems. I work as an empathic guide by meeting you where you are, listening to your story & creating attainable goals that fit into your life. I work with adults & couples - preferably in person. When appropriate I like to invite family member(s) as a supportive means.
