About Jaime

Following her undergraduate education, Jaime was trained and certified in Spiritual/ Energy Healing from Healing in America: School of Energy Medicine in Ojai, CA. She then studied with the Miracle Center of CA for several years where she was NGH certified in Hypnotherapy as well as in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Life Coaching in the following areas: Prosperity & Personal Power, Health & Wellness, Spirituality & Life Path, and Relationships. She has trained and certified with Don Mottin in Emergency Hypnosis for First Responders, as well as with Alicia Marcos Birong in Pediatric Hypnotherapy. Jaime also worked as a preschool teacher with children ages 3-5 years of age. She was the host and co-producer of the live talk show, Motivational Chat, interviewing experts in the field of motivation, personal growth and higher awareness. Jaime authored her own personal story of transformation and overcoming her own self-sabotaging patterns in the Amazon best-selling book, Sexy, Fit & Fab Sirens.
