About Horizons

With certifications and advance trainings in EMDR, ART, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Heart-CenteredHypnotherapy, Brainspotting IFS/Ego States and years of service as a veteran and first responder I offer skilled, trauma-informed care grounded in both training and lived experience.I work best with those who have been carrying pain quietly for years, trauma, grief, anxiety, or the weight of always being the strong one. They may feel numb, overwhelmed, or lost inside patterns they can’t shake. They’ve tried talk therapy or “everything” they were told should help, yet something still aches. What they want is real relief: a place where their body can finally exhale, their story is understood, and they can return to themselves with softness, presence, and hope.
