I often use my training and experience in EMDR and clinicalhypnotherapyto help heal trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, and often interpersonal relationships.Sometimes life hurts...A LOT! Please know there is healing from trauma, from broken relationships, from dependence of substances or behaviors, and from chronic pain. This comes from an individual that has experienced most of these.

I am a certified EMDR therapist and an approved EMDRIA consultant. I work with severe traumas on a daily basis and understand how trauma can wreak havoc on our life. I am also a certified clinical hypnotherapist and have learned how to integrate these two models of therapy. The result is better than either individually! I use these two models to help heal trauma and chronic pain, along with others.
