Hi, My name is TJ Grow. I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, which is best practice for treating trauma. I am weeks away from being a Certified EMDR Trainer and Consult. I enjoy treating people with PTSD, Mood Disorders, Relational Problems, etc. It is my goal to educate and equip all my clients with tools that will empower them to improve their mental health. I use traditional therapeutic techniques like :CBT, EMDR, Client-Centered, etc. but I also intertwine holistic approaches like: nutrition, yoga, mineral oils, diet, exercise, meditation,
