About Hitha

As a Marriage and Family Therapist who has been trained inHypnotherapy, I am able to offer you support on your healing journey, whether you are interested in individual or couples therapy or therapy for your entire family unit.Ready for things to change? Tired of feeling stuck in cycles in your relationship, moods, behaviours? Have there been events in your past you'd rather not have replay in your head over and over again? A sense of security, meaning and control is probably what you're looking for. In therapy you (and your partner and/or family members) will learn how to use many methods (including self-hypnosis) to speed up the process of gaining new insights and to reinforce your resolve to enact change in your life, as you choose. You remain entirely in control of your experiences.
