Upon request, I usehypnotherapyand teach clients self-hypnosis as a tool they can use to achieve specific goals.I am invested in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, clients with ADHD, among other neurological profiles. As a neurodiversity-affirming counselor, I recognize the challenges my clients face when attempting to navigate a world than can overwhelm and can often lead to feeling unsupported and misunderstood. My clients are individuals who bring their unique life experiences to the counseling relationship. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor who values respect and creating a safe space for you to feel validated, supported, and empowered to live a joyful, authentic, and fulfilling life.
