Hi, my name is Jen, LCSW. I like to integrate several different evidence-based treatment modalities into my therapy sessions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Hypnosis, and EMDR Trauma therapy.
